How and when should I use PAP+ Strips? Dry teeth thoroughly before use. Peel off the long strip and apply sticky side to top teeth. Press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure. Repeat for short strip on bottom teeth. Allow 30 minutes for whitening treatment. Remove strips and rinse mouth with water. Use PAP+ Strips as often as needed. Each satchet comes with two strips, for your top and bottom teeth. Firmly apply a strip to both your upper & lower teeth. After 30 minutes, gently remove both strips from your teeth and say No more post-strip sensitivity.
