How to use it: Step 1: Shave off the hair and dry the skin. Use a medical alcohol wipe to clean the flash window. Step 2: Insert the IPL hair removal system and press the power button to turn it on. Step 3: Wear protective goggles to protect your eyes. Step 4: Select the desired energy level, single flash mode or slide mode.
