<p>It all started in the 1960&rsquo;s when technological advances enabled watch makers to go slimmer in profile, guided initially by the desire for elegance. The compact, formal watch went into retreat starting in the mid-2000s, as the diameters of wristwatches grew and grew. But the plain and simple dress watch of the 1960&rsquo;s has come back to the forefront. We at ALFRED SUNG are so happy to see this return of elegance and classic sophistication.
